Skills Training (June - September, 2010)
Sistas Network (headed by Sharmini Hensen) conducted a skills training course for mothers from the Sentul Community during June - September 2010. The course covered Cookery sessions and tips of starting and operating a small business. A total of 5 mothers participated in the course.
Skills training is offered by the MyKasih Foundation in conjunction with Sistas Network as part of the foundation's ongoing efforts to empower mothers and help them achieve financial independence. It aims to provide mothers with skills and allow them to operate small enterprises of their own.
