Breaking out of the poverty cycle

Financial Literacy

We aim to help families break out of the poverty cycle by instilling our recipients with sound financial literacy and good budgeting practises. MyKasih achieves this by utilising technology and working with volunteer groups to provide household budgeting and financials skills counselling to participating families.

Financial literacy empowers families to take control of their financial futures and gives low-income families the tools to improve their financial status through proper savings and budgeting, educate themselves about financial planning and contribute to personal financial growth.

  • Financial literacy courses are provided to recipient families
  • Provide financial counselling to participating families
  • Teach children financial responsibility
