The contribution formed part of the RM 1 million donation earmarked for food aid initiatives in various communities in Kedah to be administered by MyKasih Foundation. Cenviro Group Chief Executive Officer, Khalid Bahsoon, presented the cheque to MyKasih Foundation Trustee, Datuk Yaacob Amin, during the launch ceremony that day. The event was officiated by State Assemblyman for Kuala Nerang, Yang Berhormat Dato Badrol Hisham bin Hashim, who acknowleged that the contribution was a meaningful gesture to the people of Kuala Nerang who are predominantly ruber tappers and especially for families with many children. “We are pleased to be given this opportunity to work with MyKasih Foundation to reach out and render assistance to families in need. Cenviro Group has agreed to allocate RM 1 million each year to jointly carry out community programmes with MyKasih Foundation throughout the state of Kedah”, said Khalid Bahsoon.
