Recipients can purchase basic necessities based on 14 product categories that have the SARA label on the price tag shelf.
Show the MyKad at the counter for the cashier to check the recipient's MyKad status.

Starting 1 January 2026, the MyKasih App will implement Email OTP (One-Time Passcode) as the exclusive login authentication method for subsequent logins.
Important Note:
First login: You will still receive an SMS OTP.
Second login onward: A unique OTP will only be sent to your verified email address, each time you log in.
This change ensures a more secure and reliable login experience for all users.
This can happen if the verification link has expired (after 24 hours) or if there is a delay in email delivery.

Click Resend verification email in the app .

The Email OTP is valid for 30 minutes.

Yes. The OTP goes to your verified email address, so you can log in from any device.
Yes. The OTP is sent only to your verified email address.
