On 31st May 2018, The Store Group concluded a public coinbox donation campaign, "Weaving A New Future" which ran from 1 October 2017 to 30 March 2018 in all its 75 outlets nationwide. The six-month campaign raised RM 108,000 which was donated to MyKasih Foundation to support two Orang Asli community learning centres in Gerik, Perak, and Orang Asli families in Sungai Siput and Gerik through the ‘Love My Neighbourhood’ food aid programme. Our Chairman and Co-Founder, Tan Sri Dr Ngau Boon Keat, said “We would like to express our deepest appreciation to The Store Group for selecting MyKasih Foundation once again as the sole beneficiary of The Store Group’s charity campaign”. The sum was channelled to MyKasih to support 110 families in Sungai Siput and Gerik with food aid. Under the one-year food aid programme, beneficiaries receive a monthly allowance of RM 80 through their MyKad account, which can be spent on approved essential food items at participating retail outlets.
JTI Malaysia A musical tribute to Sudirman in aid of MyKasih

Arshad, known as the People's Singer and the best entertainer in the country as most Malaysians would concur, was remembered with the staging of "One Thousand Million Smiles: A Musical Tribute to Sudirman", on 4 November 2016 at the Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Centre, klpac. Presented by JT International Berhad (JTI Malaysia), the premiere night of the charity gala musical was held in aid of MyKasih Foundation. Close to RM 20,000 was raised through cash donations and ticket sales. Local talents Aaron Teoh, Amir Hazril Harith, Dasha Logan, Joel Wong and Tria Aziz, performed an exciting repertoire of the late Sudirman's hit songs including "One Thousand Million Smiles", one of the numbers that won him Asia's No. 1 Performer, at the Asian Popular Music Awards held at the Royal Albert Hall, London in 1989. Sponsored by well-wishers and die-hard Sudirman fans, forty underprivileged youths from Yayasan Chow Kit had the opportunity to experience the toe-tapping show and were singing along to the classic "Chow Kit Road", which resonated strongly with them. MyKasih Foundation Chairman and Co-Founder Tan Sri Dr Ngau Boon Keat thanked JTI Malaysia for hosting the gala night and for being such a supportive donor partner to MyKasih Foundation. klpac's unique partnership with JTI Malaysia has enabled them to stage acclaimed productions such as 'Symphonic Swing', 'Rashomon' and 'A Streetcar Named Desire', also in aid of MyKasih Foundation.
