The awards ceremony was held at JW Marriot Kuala Lumpur on 24 October 2018 in conjunction with the 73rd Anniversary of the United Nations (\u2018UN Day\u2019).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-3\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:55%\">\n<p>The UN Malaysia Award 2018 for the \u2018Leaving No One Behind\u2019 category was awarded to MyKasih Foundation for its effective technology driven-welfare distribution method that has reached large numbers of Malaysians in the B40 category, especially those furthest behind. MyKasih\u2019s cashless welfare distribution system has the potential to help improve Malaysia\u2019s social aid distribution and has been successfully adopted by government ministries and state governments, as well as corporations for their corporate responsibility initiatives, to provide directed and targeted aid.
